This is quite a unique place to visit. It's nice and relaxed, laid back, and generally a good place to wind down. The beers on tap are expertly made using the in-house brewery, and are excellent examples of the styles they emanate. On top of that, the food is really good too, and always goes well with the beers. This is quite a scenic pozzi with it's own greenhouse (used to grow most of the produce used in the kitchen) with fruit trees surrounding the main entertainment area. I thought that was really cool and unusual\u2026 outdoor play area for the kids, games and activities, plenty of space to accommodate large gatherings, this place really has something for everybody\u2026 they even regularly host bands and offer an impressive variety of live entertainment \ud83c\udfb5&#010;But I\u2019ve deliberately saved the best for L\u00e1st, and of course this is the most important feature of Copperlake Breweries \ud83c\udf7a they have the most fantastic selection of 8 craft beers on tap, easily standing proud amongst the finest breweries in GP\u2026 sadly I was driving, so I only tasted the English ale and their remarkable IPA, which was darker than usual for that style, but crisp, rich and full bodied in flavor with the perfect blend of hops and malt\u2026&#010;If the beer wasn\u2019t enough, on top of that and above all is the warm and charismatic presence of the resident Master Brewer and owner of the venue. Brendan is supremely knowledgeable about every aspect of his craft, his love of brewing perhaps matched only by his passion for sharing his knowledge\u2026 he offers workshops for those keen on making personalized beer for special occasions eg bachelor parties, but will also just explain the process or the details of whichever brew you\u2019re drinking.&#010;Visiting the Brewery was a delightful
